What is MyNetwork?

MyNetwork is a tool made to enable the management of all your partnerships in one single place. Register all the information about each partnership in a simple and consolidated way and create a personal ranking of partners by Country, based on your own criteria and share this information in a totally safe way only with your team.

• Step 1: The first thing you need to do is import your partners into your MyNetwork, if your partners have a profile on Parnity, they will already be imported with more information like the company logo and additional contacts, but if they don't, no functionality is lost, they just won't have their logos and additional information. 

• Step 2: When you finish importing on the My Partners tab you will see all your partners in one place. Using the search tool in this session, you can find all your partners from a single country, or specifically by company name. Clicking on you have quick access to direct contacts within each specific partner. Clicking on  you access the Partnership Timeline also from each one of your partners.

• Step 3: In the Partnership Timeline, you have access to all information that you or anyone in your team has already registered about that partner, as well as more details about the company (remember that all information from MyNetwork areas is restricted to your company's users only).

• Step 4: To use the maximum power of your MyNetwork, go to the Partners Ranking tab. With the session search tool , filter the country you want to access. In the ranking view, you can either build/edit the ranking of the country, or consult the ranking already defined. There is also the feature to share that ranking directly with your team for easy access to the ranking priorities of a specific country.
